BY COMMISSIONING ME IN ANY KIND OF WAY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW.
What I Will Create
Bust-Up Anime Portraits
Full-Body Chibi Portraits
Rigged Bust-Up Anime PNGTubers
Rigged Full-Body Chibi PNGTubers
*Portraits may be Greyscale or Full Colour and are always block-shaded.
*PNGTubers are always full colour and block-shaded.
What I Will NOT Create
Full Body Anime Portraits (that are not Chibi)
Anything that is primarily robotic
Anything Not Safe For Work (NSFW)
General Terms
First Come, First Served. (Rush Fee if needed)
You may ask for a WIP update, but do not spam/ask daily.
Please provide clear references.
There is a maximum of 3 revisions per piece.
(If further revisions are requested, they will be completed at a fee of $5 USD per.)
Commission work may be streamed and shared on socials by me.
General commission time is 7-10 days per piece.
Payment
ALL commissions must be paid in FULL upfront.
Payment will only be accepted via Ko-Fi and only in CAD.
If you wish to use my art commercially, the price will be double the base amount.
Pricing is subject to change based on complexity.
Copyright & Usage
Policy
My art is for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
My art MAY NOT be used for merchandise or resale of any kind.
I retain all copyright of commissions and may use them on my socials however I wish.
Commercial Usage Rights are available for purchase at double the base cost.
Process
Once payment is complete, I will begin the sketch.
Once the sketch is approved, I will begin the lineart.
Once the lineart is approved, I will begin colouring.
Once the base colours are approved, I will do the shading.
(If purchasing a rigged PNGTuber; I will begin rigging once the art is approved.)
Once the final piece is approved, it will be sent to you directly.
Customer Satisfaction
After a commission has been completed, only small changes (correcting small marks or colouring) will be made.
Any larger changes to the commission will come with an extra charge. (Such as redrawing/outfit changes or anything else requiring full redrawing.)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a refund is requested before I send you a sketch, I will send a full refund.
Anything after the sketch will result in an 80% refund.
Anything after the finished result will result in NO REFUND.
